Losses and damage by fire, lightning, explosion, burst pipes.

Losses and damage caused by storm, earthquake, storm, flood.

Malicious damage by third parties (product of a riot, strike, etc.).

In the event of burglary, loss of rent, breakage of glass, solar panels

water heaters and photovoltaic panels.

Private houses – 1,50 ‰ (except in cases of high risk).

Offices 1,60 ‰.

Apartment buildings 1,35 ‰ – 1,45 ‰.

Clothing store 1,95 ‰.
